By buying a standout piece of art, you can give a homeless or disabled artist the chance to earn an income. Browse a wide selection of prints, posters, phone cases, tote bags, and greeting cards, and a portion of each sale goes directly to the artist. ArtLifting was founded in 2013 by siblings Liz and Spencer Powers—a Harvard alumna and MBA candidate at MIT Sloan, respectively—and has since grown from helping a handful of Boston artists to assisting dozens in eight other locations nationwide. –Lauren Landry
